Casa Zavatti – A Favorite for Families in Rome

Casa Zavatti sits on Via Cola di Rienzo, a prime Rome shopping street with supermarkets and restaurants just steps away. The Vatican Museums are an 8-minute walk from the guesthouse, and St. Peter's Basilica is reachable in 10 minutes on foot. The Ottaviano Metro stop is 400 meters from the property, providing subway access to the rest of the city.

Each of the air-conditioned guest units comes with tile or marble floors, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Rooms include a private bathroom with a bidet, plus a refrigerator and an electric kettle for guest use. The guesthouse also has family rooms available, offering extra space for groups traveling with children.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property, and the guesthouse provides a safety deposit box for storing valuables. Daily housekeeping keeps the rooms fresh, and luggage storage is offered for guests arriving early or departing late. A hairdresser or beautician is available on-site, along with an inner courtyard for quiet relaxation.

A daily complimentary continental breakfast is served at a nearby café, giving guests a chance to start the day with a fresh meal outside the hotel. The surrounding area on Via Cola di Rienzo has multiple cafés and restaurants that are less expensive than those in tourist zones. Guests also have access to a refrigerator in their room for chilling water bottles or wine.
